Starting as a countryside cafe in Goseong, Cafe Baekchon now welcomes you at Sokcho Central Market. We craft our gelato in-house using Serin Farm goat milk, Bumsan Farm organic milk, and carefully selected seasonal fresh fruits. Instead of condensed milk or artificial syrups, we insist on using our homemade shaved ice base to highlight the natural, healthy flavors of our ingredients.
